Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every Cavellea product is a food item, made fresh and often personalized specifically for you. Because of this, our policy works as follows:
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before production begins (usually within 6 hours of placing the order) for a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp (+91 95555 93055) with your order ID.
- Once production of your order has started, it cannot be cancelled — especially personalized items, which cannot be resold.
2. Returns
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered. This is standard for food safety and hygiene reasons.
3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Your satisfaction matters most. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email with your order ID, clear photos of the product and packaging (an unboxing video helps us resolve fastest).
- After verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
4. Personalization Errors
- If the error is ours (wrong name, wrong logo, wrong product), we will remake and reship your order free of cost, or refund you fully.
- If the personalization matches the details you submitted (including spellings), a refund is not applicable — please double-check details before ordering.
5. Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days from our side.
- The amount reflects in your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank (as per Razorpay’s processing timelines).
- For failed/duplicate payment transactions, the amount is auto-refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days.
6. Bulk & Corporate Orders
Cancellation and refund terms for bulk/corporate orders are as per the quotation/agreement shared at the time of order confirmation.
